COMING for the 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR
ADULT IRISH DANCE CLASSES!
Do you have an interest in Irish culture? Do you like to meet new people? Are you looking for a fun and new way to get in shape? Or are you just convinced that you could have been the next Michael Flatley or Jean Butler had your parents pushed you that little bit harder in your childhood Irish dance class...?
If you answered "YES" to any of the above, then the Heritage Adult Irish Dance Company is the place for you! This fall we will be introducing adult classes in one our class locations (with possibly more to come) and are looking for interested students of all ages (ages 18 and Up).
Classes will be offered on Tuesday Evenings at 8 pm in Metuchen at Ms. Doreen's Fabulous Feet, 15 Highland Avenue!
Taught by our instructor, Brianna Kostecka, the class will be focused on learning the basics of Irish dance - footwork, posture and of course, cardio fitness. You do not need to have a desire to perform or be competitive, however, if you have an interest in either of those avenues, we will lead you down the right path. We'll learn basic steps and do plenty of ceili dancing... and have a lot of fun! Participants must be in good overall health and be able to exercise without any major physical limitations.
